Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween from my home to yours! Thought I would share my family's favorite Halloween recipe!

Black Cat Cookies
(from my New York Times Best Selling 101 Things To Do With A Cake Mix)
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1 chocolate cake mix
plain M&Ms
Red Hots

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together peanut butter, eggs, and water. Gradually add cake mix and blend well. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten balls with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Pinch out 2 ears at top of cookie. Add M&Ms as eyes and a Red Hot as a nose. Press fork into the sides of the cat face to form whiskers. Bake 8-10 minutes.

Note: You can substitute candy corn for M & Ms if desired.

That black cat seems perfect for the upcoming birthday bash that I'll be giving for my soon to be 1 year old baby.
